Regular After-sale Callback
After completion within a year, facility department will set a quarterly visit for inspection within the defect liability period.
After completion above a year, facility department will visit or call if any request from client.
24-hour After-sale Response
Our facility department will arrange and sending man power to site for inspection within 24 hour after receiving call from client.
After-sale Maintenance Specification
1、After receiving the call from client, facility person will come over to site for inspection and go thru with client for the defect. Then, they will come up with a defect report and get the confirmation from client with photo as well in the report as what we so call maintenance list. After that, they will arrange the schedule with client with starting date and completion date.
2、Facility department man power will do all the protection before any task started on site.
3、If any inconvenient during working hour, our facility will communicate with client to set a workable time and will avoid the inconvenient.
4、Check the causes of problems before construction and solve the problems at one time to prevent reoccurrence of the same problem.
5、For emergent maintenance work, we will arrive at site (in urban area of Chengdu) within 2 hours after receiving call. If the function is seriously affected, we will recover the function a.s.a.p. with the simplest method and complete the repair within 12 hours.
6、After completion, all the cleaning will be done and all debris will be remove from site .
7、The maintenance personnel will inspect the work done accordance the Maintenance Form and Maintenance Completion Report will be sign and confirm by client after work done. The maintenance document will be submit to company for filling.
